About YOUR PIE PIZZA IN
Toccoa
At Your Pie, we believe great food starts with fresh ingredients, hand-crafted recipes, and the freedom to create something uniquely yours. Inspired by a trip to Ischia, Italy — a small island just off Naples — Your Pie was founded in 2008 in Athens, Georgia, as the first fast-casual, brick-oven pizza concept in the U.S.
Today, we serve customizable brick-oven pizzas, baked pastas, fresh salads, handcrafted sandwiches, and oven-fired wings, along with hand-scooped gelato made in the Italian tradition. Every item is made to order and cooked in our signature open-flame brick oven for authentic flavor and a perfectly crisp finish.
Our “Your Pie, Your Way” experience lets guests choose from a variety of crusts, sauces, cheeses, and toppings — or enjoy one of our chef-inspired seasonal favorites. Whether you’re dining in, grabbing takeout, ordering online, or catering for a crowd, Your Pie brings together great food, community, and genuine hospitality.
Come gather around our table — or take it home to yours — and enjoy brick-oven pizza, oven-fired wings, craft beer, and gelato, all inspired by the flavors and spirit of Italy, combined with the warmth and creativity of the modern South.
