To our Your Pie Family:
We take seriously the impact the coronavirus outbreak is having on lives and communities around the world, and our hearts go out to all those affected, leading and seeking solutions. The health and safety of our guests and team members is our No. 1 priority across all 70+ Your Pie locations. We take great pride in our clean and well-run restaurants and want to make you aware of additional measures we have implemented to protect the Your Pie Family as the coronavirus situation continues to evolve hour-by-hour.
We are adhering to CDC recommendations, as well as closely monitoring news, information and local rulings around public gatherings, for how to best plan, prepare and respond to the virus. This includes increased frequency and thoroughness of our already-rigorous standards for food safety and cleaning procedures, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.
In light of this evolving situation, we are moving forward with Pi(e) Day celebrations on March 14 with caution and modifications at this point, while staying attuned to local and national news. Out of respect for those concerned about gathering in public, the Pi(e) Day $3.14 pizza offer will be redeemable at participating stores through March 20 for those who downloaded the Your Pie Rewards app by March 14. We want to ensure you can celebrate with us during a time best for you. For more details about Pi(e) Day go to https://yourpie.com/pieday/
We are committed to working diligently to keep our stores clean, safe and open to provide for the communities we call home. Our locally owned and operated stores will make decisions that are best for their communities and align with local rulings.
Every member of the Your Pie Family is important to us, from our franchise owners and team members, to our guests, friends and neighbors. Our teams are trained to remain home at the first sign of any illness, and we are reinforcing these health and illness policies throughout all stores. We are taking every measure in our power to protect our communities, but we cannot do it alone. We ask that our guests exercise the same level of caution and diligence when it comes to personal health and hygiene so that we may all stay safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Dave McDougall
CEO of Your Pie
