Your Pie Family,

We are so grateful for your continued support as we all settle into a “new normal.” We know that something as simple as getting your favorite pizza can bring tremendous comfort and joy in these uncertain times, and we’re working tirelessly behind the scenes to continue serving you in safe and creative ways.

Rest assured we are exercising the utmost caution and are evaluating our operations daily to ensure alignment with CDC recommendations and local guidance in each of the communities we call home.

All of our locally owned and operated Your Pie locations have taken steps to increase frequency of hand-washing and cleaning of high-touch surfaces, minimize person-to-person contact and elevate our already-rigorous standards for food safety. As an added precaution, you may also see team members wearing face protection while working in the restaurants, per recent CDC guidance.

Now more than ever, we strongly encourage ordering through our website or through the Your Pie Rewards app to eliminate the hand-to-hand exchange of cash or cards. You can opt for carry-out, curbside pick-up or delivery based on local availability, and we will carefully package your food in a to-go container for a safe and seamless experience.

Each day brings new challenges for us all, but we’re hopeful for what’s ahead. At Your Pie, it’s not just about our restaurants making it through this crisis; it’s about our communities making it, too. From donating pizzas to healthcare workers, to sending “pizzagrams,” to providing meals for foster families—we stand firmly behind our mission to improve the lives of the Your Pie family, especially in times like these. Even as we maintain social distance, may we continue to feel connected as we all look forward to brighter days on the other side.

Thank you for supporting us so that we can continue supporting our communities. We look forward to serving you soon.

Sincerely,
